By accessing this website or purchasing any tour, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our services.


1. Services

We provide guided sightseeing tours and experiences in Lisbon, including electric tuk tuk tours and other tour formats. Tours are sold online through this website.


2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. By submitting a payment, you authorize us (or our payment providers) to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise. Any bank or currency conversion fees charged by your bank/payment provider are your responsibility.

To help prevent fraud and spam, we may use security measures such as CAPTCHA and automated verification tools during the booking process.


3. Pick-up & Meeting Point

Pick-up may be available by prior arrangement. If pick-up is requested, details (location and time) must be confirmed with us in advance.

If pick-up is not arranged, guests must meet at the tour’s stated meeting point and arrive at least 5 minutes early.


4. Tour Descriptions, Route Changes & Timing

Each tour page describes the itinerary, duration, highlights, and any requirements. Please read the tour description carefully before booking.

Routes, stops, and timing may change due to traffic, weather, events, road restrictions, or operational needs. We may make reasonable adjustments to ensure safety and the best possible experience.


5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking, you agree to:

We may refuse service or end a tour early if guests behave dangerously, abusively, or unlawfully, with no obligation to refund.


6. Weather & Safety

Tours generally operate in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may cancel or reschedule. If we cancel, you may choose a reschedule or a refund (see section 7).


7. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


8. Liability

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it is unlawful to do so under Portuguese law.


9. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, videos, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to I Tuk a Tour. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without written permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
