What is the maximum capacity of a tuk tuk?

Each tuk tuk can comfortably seat up to 6 people. If you prefer extra space, we recommend booking for fewer guests whenever possible.

Our tours are suitable for most travelers. For safety reasons, we recommend:

  • Not recommended for guests with severe mobility limitations
    If you have concerns, message us and we’ll help you choose the best option.

No. Our tours focus on sightseeing and photo stops, and do not include entrance tickets.
If you’d like to visit inside monuments, please plan extra time separately — we’ll gladly share tips and context during the tour.

Food and drinks are not included. We can recommend great local stops (pastéis, snacks, ginja, etc.) depending on the route.

Our tuk tuks have rain covers, and we can provide umbrellas. Tours usually run in light rain.
In rare cases of severe weather, we offer the option to reschedule or (when needed) cancel with a refund, according to our policy.

Tuk tuks require stepping up to board and may be uncomfortable for guests with limited mobility, knee/hip issues, or balance concerns.
Lisbon’s streets can be uneven. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll advise honestly.

Yes. You can cancel with a full refund if you request it at least 24 hours before your tour start time.
Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.

Yes. We offer free pickup at one of our official meeting points.
Hotel pickup may be possible if your accommodation is on the route — Kikas will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm.

During booking, you’ll select one of our official pickup points. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the pickup time.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Tours run on schedule and late arrivals may shorten the experience.

We allow a small grace period when possible (up to 10 minutes). After that, we may need to continue due to schedule and traffic.

You can request a reschedule up to 24 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability.

By default, the tour ends near the last stop of the route. If you need a specific drop-off point, let us know — we’ll do our best if it fits the schedule.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank/card, refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
